PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for improving circulation of the blood without directly stimulating or pressing muscles of legs to decrease edema or varix. SOLUTION: Heel portions and ankle portions are held with vibrators 3b in a position of bending legs not to give tension to the muscle of the calf (triceps of legs) and/or the quardriceps femoris muscle in the state of not applying the weight of at least the upper portion of waist to legs. Then, the vibrator 3b is vibrated rightward and leftward (the opening and closing direction of the legs). In this way, the muscle of the calf and/or the quadriceps femoris muscle are shaken to improve the reflux of the blood in the legs and lymph, and thus, edema or varix in the legs is decreased. The vibrator 3b consists of an ankle holding part 45, a plate spring 46 and a vibrating member 4. In the device, three kinds of using methods are prepared: a using method in a state that a user lies the face with the knees contact with a mat or the like to raise the ankles, in a state that the upper part of the body is in a clinostatic and supine position, and in a position of sitting and raising the upper part of the body.
