PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control rubber to reliably absorb vibration in a direction in which it is absorbed. SOLUTION: A vibration control rubber comprises a vibration generating body coupling member 25; a vibration receiving body coupling member 26; and an elastomer column member formed in a manner to be integrally nipped between the opposite surfaces of the two coupling members. A movement direction regulating member (a link member) 29 to substantially generate only parallel movement is situated between the opposite surfaces of the coupling parts.
