PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face material bearing wall panel which can lessen work in a field of construction, secure constant quality, prevent fire from being spread to the ceiling at the time of a fire, and to effectively prevent dew condensation in a wall frame, and to provide a bearing wall structure constructed by using it. SOLUTION: This face material bearing wall panel 1 is formed by a structural face material 10, a reinforcement skeleton 20 (containing a fire stop material 23) previously fixed to one surface of the structural face material 10, and a heat insulating material 30 previously added in an area which is on one surface of the structural face material 10 and surrounded with the reinforcement skeleton 20. The face material bearing wall panel is constructed so that a ventilating layer is further provided at a space between the heat insulating material 30 and the structural face material 10, and a ventilating groove for connecting upper and lower ends is formed in the face of the structural face material 10 on the ventilating layer side.
