PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing chamber capable of maintaining the sealing property securely with simple construction. SOLUTION: A food access port 2 is formed open in one side wall of a processing chamber of which interior is formed into a food processing chamber, and the food access port 2 is formed openably with a cover body 5 so as to construct a food processing chamber. Also a recessed groove 8 formed with a sealing material 6 at least on one side wall under the condition that the food access port 2 is surrounded is arranged at the outer peripheral wall part of the food access port 2. In this recessed groove 8, an elastic member 9 having liquid holding property is arranged under wet condition. Then a liquid film is formed between a contact surface 7 and a cover body internal surface under the condition that the sealing material 6 is brought in contact internally with the cover body 5 so as to seal a contact part. |
