PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide an airtight performance of a wooden building before its construction. SOLUTION: The airtight performance deciding sheet decides an airtight performance of a wooden building. The sheet comprises A fill-in column 7 of a parameter set to display a gap area equivalent to a leaking site area value at each leaking site of the building in advance, and fill-in columns 19, 11, 13 and 19 for respectively filling in an area equilvalent value of the leaking site, a gap area of each set site obtained by multiplying the area equivalent value of each leaking site by a parameter, an overall wet site gap area of the entire leaking site obtained by adding the gap areas of all the leaking sites, and an equivalent gap area obtained by dividing the overall leaking site gap area by a total floor area of the building.
