PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable elabration support according to the intention of a document preparing person by analyzing a specified document and a document during preparation and supporting the elaboration of the document during the preparation with a feature in the specified document as a reference when the document preparing person specifies the document to be the reference of the document to be prepared like the document to be a model. SOLUTION: A sentence analysis part 105 is activated and an elaboration document and a reference document are respectively analyzed based on a predetermined function. When analysis is ended, a label for indicating the role of respective sentences and an analyzed result including the information of a character number and numerals, etc., are stored in an elaboration document analyzed result holding part 106 for the elaboration document and in a reference document analyzed result holding part 107 for the reference document respectively. Then, an elaboration object detection part 109 compares the information of the two documents so as to detect a part to be the object of the elaboration based on the information of the reference document analyzed result holding part 107 and a compared result is held in an elaboration object holding part 110. Then, an elaboration supporting information generation part 111 generates the information to be displayed as elaboration supporting information. |
