mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: bunch (band) made of metal rubber based on wire of damping properties is used as seals. Bunch is secured in telescopic joint groove or on surface of one of parts to be jointed by spot welding, soldering or by means of glue. Then it is impregnated with high-temperature sealing material and closed with cover. The method enables sealing of telescopic joints of castings, inspection holes of casings and other assembles and parts to be jointed under hard conditions. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 tbl
