PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of forming a film excellent in curability, surface hardness, adhesion and solvent resistance and useful as a coating material, an ink, etc., by including a specific photosensitizer, a specified photocationic polymerization initiator and a photocationic polymerizable compound in a specific proportion. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a photosensitizer represented by the formula (R1 and R2 are each a 1-8C alkyl; R3 is H or a 1-4C alkyl) (preferably 9,10-dimethoxy-1,4-dihydroanthracene), (B) at least one kind of a photocationic polymerization intiator selected from an iodonium salt, a sulfonium salt, a sulfoxonium salt and a phosphonium salt (e.g. a triarylsulfonium hexafluorophosphate) and (C) a photocationic polymerizable compound such as bis-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)adipate as essential components. The amounts of the contained components based on 100 pts.wt. of the component C are 0.01-10 pts.wt. of the component A and 0.01-20 pts.wt. of the component B. |
