<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry sheets with the simple structure at a low cost without damaging the sheets and without lowering the carrying accuracy, and to prevent the lowering of the sheet supplying performance. SOLUTION: This sheet carrying device 20 is provided with a sheet loading means 3 for supporting sheets, a sheet feeding rotor 2 for feeding the sheets from the sheet loading means 3, and a sheet carrying means 5 for carrying the sheet fed by the sheet feeding rotor 2. The sheet feeding rotor 2 is provided with a sheet feeding part 2a for feeding the sheet to the sheet carrying means 5 from the sheet loading means 3 when the sheet feeding rotor 2 is rotated, and provided with a sliding part 2c for separating the sheet carried by the sheet carrying means 5 from the sheet feeding part 2a for guide when the sheet feeding part 2a feeds the sheet to the sheet carrying means 5 and the rotation is stopped.
