<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sharp image of an irradiated region including two spotlight in a laser beam machine equipped with a twin spot optical system capable of emitting two spotlights. SOLUTION: A condensing lens 14 is accomodated in a lower part of a nozzle case 20, a first collimater lens 12 and a roof-shaped prism 13 are accomodated in a first guide case 30 jointed to a side of the nozzle case, and beams splitted by the roof-shaped prism are guided to the condensing lens through a total reflection mirror 22 accomodated in the nozzle case. In the upper part of the nozzle case, a CCD camera 15 is arranged so as to be coaxial with the optical axis of the condensing lens. The total reflection mirror is a mirror to allow visible light to pass through, so the CCD camera picks up images of the two spotlight and the irradiated region through the total reflection mirror and the condensing lens.</p> |
