PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator used for a solid polymer water electrolysis(SPWE) device. SOLUTION: This separator 16 is provided on the outside of a power supplying body holding a solid electrolyte film and feeding water for electrolysis, and the same is composed in such a manner that feed holes 18a and 18b for feeding water and exhaust holes 19a and 19b for exhausting water provided on the four corners of a thin separator body, plural corrugated feed grooves 20 circulating water fed from the water feed holes 18a and 18b and a projecting part (supporting part) 21 alternately supporting the power feeding body on both sides are integratedly formed by a press die.
