PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable type greening panel capable of being varied even under a curved state and an irregular state and capable of being installed or not only the face of a slope but also a curved surface and an irregular surface. SOLUTION: A frame body 6 is mounted around a laminate in which each member of a water-retention culture soil 2, a vegetation member 3, a water- retention material member 4 and a rear wall member 5 is laid on a form holding member 1. A frame body in which a small-diametral port is formed at an upper end and a slender hole is formed to a side wall and the large-diametral port at the lower end of a pipe body 12 is communicated and the pipe body 12 is disposed upright is set up to a proper number of through-holes formed to a plate body fitted to the top face of the frame body 6.
