PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forklift capable of easily inverting a fork without giving damage to each location of a car body also capable of preventing a deviation to the right/left of the inverted fork. SOLUTION: This forklift 1, having a fork 2 mounted turnably and slidably relating to a shaft 11 arranged is a lift bracket 4 over right/left directions of a car body 10, is made capable of inverting upward the fork 2 with the shaft 11 serving as the center. The lift bracket 4 has an upper frame 41 formed by providing a protruded part 45 arranged so as to cover the upward of the shaft 11 to regulate inverting of the fork 2 and a cutout part 46 formed by cutting out the protruded part 45 also permitting inverting of the fork 2.
