PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an intermediate value between set temperatures without using a variable resistor by changing a water temperature of a human-private- part washing device to higher or lower with a set-temperature changing means from a plurality of set discrete temperatures. SOLUTION: Initially set temperatures are set in an equal interval between 30-40 deg.C for both hot water and a toilet seat. A set-temperature changing means changes the initial set temperatures 'A, B, C' to 'A+α, B+β, C+γ' or 'A-α, B-β, C-γ'. A human-private-part washing device stores the initial set temperatures, and a user selects a set temperature among these and controls a hot-water temperature and a toilet seat temperature. By simultaneously pressing a hot-water switch S4 and a water-flow increase switch S6 for not less than 1 second and less than 2 seconds, the temperatures can be changed to higher by 0.5 deg.C as a whole. Simultaneous pressing them for longer period can further change the temperatures to higher. At this time, the set temperatures stored on a set temperature storing means 122 are rewritten to set temperatures after the change.
