PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad crossing control device capable of coexisting with an on-vehicle equipment by computing the train position and train speed on the basis of the equipment information and the train following information, and transmitting the computed train information to a train as an object of the computing. SOLUTION: A railroad crossing logic unit 12 applies the predetermined railroad crossing control logic to the information of equipment to be required for railroad crossing control such as a railway circuit 2, a controller 3, and a signal 4, which is taken by a data input unit, and outputs command/stop of the alarming to an alarm. Furthermore, a train information computing unit 14 takes the equipment information for informing the train position from the data input unit 11, and adds the information from a memory unit 13 for storing the attribute information of the equipment to it so as to compute the train position, train speed and traveling direction. The memory unit 13 controls start/ end in kilometer per each controller 3 and per each railway circuit 2, and stores the information of a rail block, to which each controller 3 and railway circuit 2 belong, and the computed train information is sent from a train information output unit 15 to a train 6.
