PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a file frame by combining with a paper piece of a specified purpose, or use as a substitution for a paper piece, and also, use the file frame for the paper piece of the specified purpose after a usage, by forming the file frame in such a manner that an opening/closing frame is formed of front and rear plates and a back section, and after applying an adhesive on the binding side surface of the back section, and the whole of the surface is covered with a release paper to form a binding section. SOLUTION: For example, this specified article is used as a 'name card', a back section 3 of an opening/closing frame formed of a front plate 1, a rear plate 2 and the back section 3, is made a binding section 30, and the name card 7 is attached by adhesion or the like to the front plate 1. By this constitution, the file frame 10 is used as a name card. Then, a receiver of the name card, after receiving the name card, can use the file frame as a file book for name cards in such a manner that the lower edge end section of the name card 7 is brought into contact with an adhesive 4 on the back section 3 of the file frame, and the name card 7 is integrally fixed with the back section 3 and the binding surface.
