PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent weld parts of bag bodies from being welded to each other by sucking a first bag body having a weld part formed on at least one side of upstream and downstream ends of the bag body by a cutting/welding device onto a surface of a bag body receiving base advancing or retreating the bag body receiving base every time succeeding bag bodies are sequentially piled up in the state of maintaining sucking. SOLUTION: A first bag body having weld parts at upstream and downstream ends formed by a cutting and welding device 11 is sucked on a surface of a bag body receiving base 16. The bag body receiving body base 16 is advanced or retreated every time the succeeding bag bodies are sequentially piled up while sucking is maintained. Welded positions of upper and lower bag bodies to each other are shifted front or rear in a sending out direction of a bag material band F thereby, a set number of bag bodies are sequentially welded and bundled, and positions of respective weld parts of respective bag bodies are separated from each other.
