SUBSTANCE: proposed device has seat 1 on which saddle 2 is mounted; saddle 2 is mounted; saddle 2 is connected with back and cushion by means of clips 3. Vertical pipe 4 rigidly secured on saddle 2 is fitted with horizontal dial 5 for rotation about vertical axle 6 and for motion along it by means of threaded joint. Dial is fixed in required position by means of locking screws 7. Pipe 4 is also provided with hush 8 which is movable around vertical axle 6. Bush is fixed by means of locking screws 9. Rigidly secured on bush 8 is laser sighting guide 10 provided with push button 11. Vertical dial 12 is rigidly connected with two vertical supports 13 which are rigidly secured to bearing flat 14 rigidly connected with vertical tubular upright 15. Vertical tubular upright 15 is movably mounted on vertical pipe 4 by means of threaded joint and is fixed by means of locking screws 16. Vertical dial 12 is provided with laser sighting guide 17 rotatable in its plane; guide 17 is connected with bush 18 by means of locking screw 18; bush 19 is secured on vertical dial 12 by means of screws 21 through three distance pieces 20.
