LIQUID FILLING METHOD OF PRESSURE VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling method in a pressure vessel capable of filling a proper quantity of liquid in a liquid chamber even if the whole pressure vessel is not soaked in the liquid and leaking no liquid after filling the liquid. SOLUTION: In a method for filling liquid in an opposite side liquid chamber 30 before sealing gas in a gas chamber 3 in a pressure vessel 1 partitioned by bellows 2, a process for evacuating the liquid chamber 30 and a process for injecting the liquid into the liquid chamber 30 are repeated by the required number of times while keeping a pressure balance with the gas chamber 3 to fill a prescribed quantity of liquid in the liquid chamber 30, and a joint 8 with a check valve is installed in a port side cap 7 connected to a liquid filling circuit 13.
