PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing method for a revetment foundation, by which water-sealing plates can be installed simply without requiring the sticking of short-sized superposing water- sealing plate pieces onto the top faces of mutual connecting sections in the projecting sections of the water sealing plates and a revetment function can be maintained by permanently preventing a leakage of water from the mutual connecting end sections of prefabricated foundation blocks. SOLUTION: Prefabricated foundation blocks 1 with voids for inserting water sealing plates and ready-mixed concrete charging spaces are installed continuously at fixed positions, approximately the half width sections of long-sized water sealing plates 2 are inserted continuously extending over the voids for inserting each water sealing plate of each continuously installed prefabricated foundation block 1, packings are stuffed among the voids for inserting the water sealing plates and the long-sized water sealing plates 2 as required, ready-mixed concrete is placed in the ready-mixed concrete charging spaces of the prefabricated foundation blocks 1, tie bars 5 are inserted and fixed to the internal surfaces of the ready-mixed concrete charging spaces of the prefabricated foundation blocks 1 and the external surfaces of the prefabricated foundation blocks 1 so as to be projected within a time when placed ready-mixed concrete is not solidified, and a revetment wall is connected continuously to the prefabricated foundation blocks 1. Operating efficiency on construction is improved through the simple installation process of the water sealing plates at that time.
