PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the outlook quality of the rearside of a rear seat, regardless of the change of a reclining angle. SOLUTION: When a seatback 16 is reclined, a right side slide plate 22 is moved in the front/rear direction along with the seatback 16, as the engaging recessed part 32 of a tip end is connected to the engaging lever 34 of the seatback 16 turnably. By the rotation of the seatback 16, the connection point P1 between the seatback 16 and the right side slide plate 22 is moved downward as shown on the points P2, P3, but a hook 40 formed on the rear end 22C of the right side slide plate 22 is guided to an arc shape guide in a side surface view on a central slide rail 52 and the right side slide plate 22 is moved to the rearside while moving the front end 22A downward as shown by two points chain line and one point chain line on a picture.
