PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily have a heavy weight loaded on and unloaded from the dolley in a tractor constituted so that the non-pulling side running wheel of a pulled vehicle is loaded on the frame body of the dolley provided wheels and also the pulling side running wheel is pulled by loading to the wheel loading part of a wrecking arm installed turnably to the rear part of the vehicle by a turning drive means. SOLUTION: A storing hold members 24, 25 for storing and holding a dolley 11 are installed on the rear car body frame 1a of a vehicle 1 and also a support member 29 is installed so as to support the dolley 11 between the tip of a wrecking arm 9 and the frame body 12 of the dolley 11 and a turning drive means 10 is driven under such state that the dolley 11 is supported by the support member 29 while keeping the wrecking arm 9 nearly horizontal and by turning the wrecking arm 9 upto nearly vertical state, the dolley 11 is moved to the position on the storing and holding members 24, 25.
