PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-adhered food to which the adhesivity of the edible powder is good and which has improved food characteristics. SOLUTION: This powder-adhered food 1 is obtained by coating the surface of a food having a prescribed shape, such as dried laver 3, with an approximately 10 wt.% shellac solution by a spray method, and then adhering edible powder, such as Soy sauce powder 2, to the surface of the food through the coated shellac solution. |
