SOLUTION: A sacrificial corrosion member 10 as a wire net is, for example, provided so as to be exposed to a fluid A at the inside of an insulating member 4 connecting a tube material 1 and a tube material 2, moreover, a lead wire 11 connected to the flange part of the tube material 1 having a potential higher than that of the tube material 2 by a screw or the like is connected to the sacrificial corrosion member 10 via the inside of the insulating member 4. In this way, almost the whole of the jumping current Ij flowing through the tube material 1 is made to flow through the lead wire 11, reaches the sacrificial corrosion member 10 and is made to flow from the sacrificial corrosion member 10 into the tube material 2 via the fluid A. As a result, in the surface of the sacrificial corrosion member 10, anode reaction is promoted, the sacrificial corrosion member 10 is electrolytically corroded, and electrocorrosion caused by the jumping current Ij in the tube material 1 can be prevented.
