PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a neck-in phenomenon of a molten resin by a method wherein a flow width of the molten resin extruded from a molten resin extrusion outlet of a T-die is adjusted by a pair of flow-streightening plates, a component of the flow-streightening plate is protruded outward from a lip land, and its protruded distance is set within a specific range. SOLUTION: For a T-die main bocy 12, a molten resin feed pipe 14 connected to a molten resin feeder is equipped to its upper part, and its lower end is communicated to a manifold 16 extending in a width direction in the T-die main body 12. In the manifold 16, an inner dicker 18 being a pair of rectifying plates of a narrow long plate shape is arranged at both ends of its width direction. Those inner dicker 18 are connected to the operation rod 22 passing through a side wall 20 of a manifold protruded 25-65 mm from a lip land 30 and extending outside the T-die main body 12, the inner dickers 18 are slid in a direction of approaching each other and separating from each other in a width direction by operating the operation rod 22, and a width of a molten resin film is set up.
|
