PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional base isolation device to provide an excellent base isolation function in a three-dimensional direction by a method wherein a horizontal base isolation device to perform exclusive horizontal base isolation and a vertical base isolation device to perform exclusive vertical base isolation are juxtaposed with each other, and the whole weight of a building is burdened on the vertical base isolation device so that the weight of the building is not exerted on the horizontal base isolation device and this operation sufficiently ensures the vertical base isolation function of the vertical base isolation device as an original horizontal base isolation function by the horizontal base isolation device is sufficiently ensured. SOLUTION: A horizontal base isolation device 16 to perform horizontal base isolation between two structures and a vertical base isolation device 18 to perform vertical base isolation between the two structures are situated in juxtaposition between a support structure 12 and a base isolation structure 14 situated above the support structure with a distance provided therebetween. A transmission means 20 to allow relative movement in a vertical direction of the base isolation structure and transmit relative movement in a horizontal direction to the horizontal base isolation device is situated between the horizontal base isolation device and the base isolation structure.
