SOLUTION: A projection 18 for engaging is turned from the surface side of the base 12 of the male member 4 to the direction of an engaging hole 14 and raised in an oblique upper direction. On the surface side on the side of the engaging hole 14 of a base 12, a slope 12a parallel to a projection forming slope 18b is formed. In the meantime, a projection 23 for engaging is turned from the surface side of the base 20 of the female member 8 to the direction of an engaging hole 21 and raised in an oblique lower direction. A step part 23c is formed on a projection forming slope 23b on the side of the engaging hole 21 and walls 23e are provided on the left and right of a step part 23c.
