PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinylchloride-based resin composition which shows excellence in heat stability, initial coloring, printability and transparency, shows improved tackiness and can give a molded item having no fish eye. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing a solution of an organic solvent having a boiling point of 100 to 250 deg.C or a solution of a plasticizer used for a vinylchloride-based resin each containing (a) 0.01 to 3 pts.wt. of at least one metal carboxylates selected from calcium, barium, magnesium and zinc carboxylates and (b) a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 to 5000,000 composed of 5 to 100 mol% of glycidyl(meth)acrylate and 0 to 95 mol% of other monomer copolymerizable therewith with 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinylchloride-based resin, the amount of the solution to be mixed being such that the polymer is 0.5 to 10 pts.wt.
