PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt to the ever-changing properties of soil. SOLUTION: A dehydrating tank 20 is installed below the rack of this sediment separating device 21, and frame bodies 24a, 24b, 24c are installed in sequence above the dehydrating tank 20. The frame body 24a is installed on the rack via a coil spring serving as an elastic support, and an upper net 31 and a lower net 32 are arranged in two stages in its inner space. Sieves 33, 34 are fitted in the internal spaces of the frame body 24b and frame body 24c respectively. A vibration exciter 25a is fitted to the frame body 24a, the exciter 25a is driven by a motor 27a, and the motor 27a is speed-controlled by an inverter 26a. Exciters 25b, 25c are likewise fitted to the frame bodies 24b, 24c, the exciters 25b, 25c are driven by motors 27b, 27c, and the motors 27b, 27c are speed-controlled by inverters 26b, 26c.
