摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the corrosion resistance of the edge parts of a roll by charging a corrosion resistant steel tube or a rolled steel tube composed of a corrosion resistant material to the draining part of a roll shaft part, also fixing an inner ring to the space between the steel tube and an outer ring and integrately forming them. SOLUTION: A steel tube 18 is fitted and fixed to a draining part 17b, the outer circumference thereof is shrinkage-fitted with a roll axial part 17 fitted with an inner ring 19. An outer ring 14 and the inner ring 19 are joined and integrated, where shringade fitting and welding w1 are used for the fixing of the draining part 17b and the steel tube 18 and for the fixing of the steel tube 18 and the inner ring 19, and welding w2 is used for the joining of the outer ring 14 and the inner ring 19. As the outer ring 14, the inner ring 19 and the steel tube 18, stainless steel tubes SUS316L are used. Thus, both edge parts of the roll are formed of the outer ring 14 and the inner ring 19 composed of corrosion resistant materials, and the draining part 17b and each weld zone w1 and w2 are also formed of corrosion resistant materials, so that the corrosion resistance thereof is improved.
