PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a powder metal parts by forming a metal parts having a gear part in a discontinuous range through the MIM(Metal Injection Molding method). SOLUTION: A metal parts of a partial gear part, one end of which on a tooth flank side is closed, is manufactured by the MIM. When a product of a U-shaped metal parts is obtained using two stay parts 58 and 59, and an oscillation supporting part, a connection part to connect two stay parts to the oscillation supporting part is provided on a gear part side in a compacted condition, and the connection part is removed after the sintering.
