<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influences by a color and a surface state of a measuring objective material by calculating a haul-off speed from a specific distance between a first sensor and a second sensor and a time. SOLUTION: In an extruder 1, a molten synthetic resin is molded in a specific shape with a mold 2 and extruded, solidified by cooling with a forming die 3, and a sectional shape of a profile 10 is stabilized. The profile 10 is taken back with a haul-off device 4, cut to a specific length with a cutter 5 to make a molded product, and stocked in a stacker with an inverter 6. Then, a first sensor 7 and a second sensor 8 are fitted above the inverter 6, and a taking back speed is calculated from a specific distance between the first sensor 7 and the second sensor 8 and a time. Thereby, a measurement can be carried out at the taking back speed which is not influenced from a color and a surface state of a measuring objective material.</p> |
