PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an excellent polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane usable in desalination treatment of surface water, sea water, etc., and higher in an amount to be permeated. SOLUTION: A polyamide film is formed on a porous support by reacting an aqueous solution containing multi-functional amine and an amine salt compound with an organic solution containing an amine-reactive compound having reactivity with amino groups and selected from the group consisting of a multi- functional acyl halide, a multi-functional sulfonyl halide and a multi-functional isocyanate. The amine salt compound is obtained by reacting a strong acid with a bivalent or higher polyamine, which is used by adding to the aqueous solution so that the content is made to be 0.1-12%.
