PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a permeating flow flux permeating a filtering membrane and to greatly suppress an increase of filtering pressure. SOLUTION: Air bubbles can be uniformly fed to the whole filtering membrane surface by combining a filtering disk 24 of a metallic membrane of which the flatness of the filtering membrane surface is secured by rigidity with supply of the air bubbles to the filtering disk 24 by an aeration device 16. In this case, when the filtering plate 24 is revolved, more effect is obtained by a synergistic effect of both collision of the air bubbles and the revolving of the filter disk 24, and also higher effect is obtained when the filtering disk 24 is revolved at low speed.
