PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet which has good foil-cutting properties and no foil burr even in transfer to an uneven surface and can prevent powdery transfer and transfer failure, and a method for producing a decorative material. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet S has a transfer layer 4 formed by laminating a peeling layer 2 and a decorative layer 3 on a support sheet 1, and the releasing layer 2 is made a net-shaped crossing fine line pattern. A method for producing a decorative material uses the transfer sheet S, and the transfer layer 4 is transferred to a base material to be transferred by using a solid particle collision pressure from the support sheet 1 side as a transfer pressure for production.
