PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a data transmission method for image data by including image data into a packet based on the IEEE(The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) 1394 standard when outputting the data, and printing the image data included in the packet. SOLUTION: An image-printing system 1 receives by an antenna 2 dynamic images telecast with the use of a communication satellite or the like, executes a predetermined signal process to the received image data by an STB(Set Top Box) 3, makes a TV apparatus 4 display images and prints by a printer apparatus 5. The STB 3 includes a modulating part 11 for modulating video signals, a descrambling part 12 for deciphering dynamic image data, a data-converting part 13 for converting or processing data in the like manner according to the IEEE 1394 standard, an NTSC(National Television System Committee) encoder part 18 for converting to data to be displayed to a screen, etc.
