PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puddling device for a transplanter, with an outer rotor 6 easily attached to, or detached from, an inner rotor, and capable of smoothly partitioning and guiding a mud stream. SOLUTION: This puddling device 3, having an outer rotor 6 and inner rotor 6a, is attached to a vehicle to rake and level a field for a transplanter which is also equipped with a planter 2 for planting seedlings, wherein the outer rotor 6 is attached to or detached from the inner rotor 6a, with the outer rotor axis 33 being fixed on the inner rotor axis 32 via an attaching utensil 8 having a screw lever therein in such a way that the axis 33 can be attached to or detached from the axis 32, and the holding section 81 of the attaching utensil 8 also works as the current plate for partitioning and guiding mud stream.
