摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture nearly spherical ice fine grains having no sharp section by cooling a dispersion medium insoluble or slightly soluble in water and having a coagulation point lower than that of water to the temperature higher than the coagulation point of the dispersion medium and lower than that of water, and dispersing water in the dispersion medium in a fine drip shape. SOLUTION: A solvent slightly soluble or insoluble in water and having a coagulation point lower than that of water is dispersed as a dispersion medium S in a water freezing coagulating tank 1. The dispersion medium S is cooled to a temperature higher than its coagulation point and lower than that of water. When water W is sprayed into this dispersion medium S from a nozzle N, the water W is immediately dispersed into spherical waterdrops by the surface tension of itself and quickly frozen and coagulated into spherical ice fine grains I then dispersed to the whole area in the freezing coagulating tank 1 by a blowing stream.
