PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the visibility of a laying region and contrive the walking safety of a visually handicapped person by specifying the brightness ratio of a first region and a second region adjacent thereto, and making the average brightness ratio of a third region arranged on the outside of the second region to the first region a specified value or less. SOLUTION: The brightness ratio of an introduction region 3 and a chamfering region 4 is made 2.0 or more by laying a dark color block 5 on the chamfering region 4 adjacent to a first introduction region 3 laying blocks 1. The average of the brightness ratio of the introduction region 3 arranged on the outside of the chamfering region 4 to the third general region 4 is made 1.5 or less. Furthermore, the width W of the chamfering region 4 is different from the circumferential environment, the width and the like of the walking passage applying the visually handicapped person introduction block 1, and is 5-100 cm in the normal case. Thereby the harmony of the circumferential environment and the whole aspect are secured to improve the visibility of the introduction region 3 of the laying of the visually handicapped person introduction block 1, and the safety of the visually handicapped person can be secured. |
