PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley mounting structure of a small belt conveyor capable of removing a head pulley and a tail pulley from a conveyor frame by a simple operation and easily adjusting the parallel balance of the head pulley and the tail pulley. SOLUTION: This mounting structure is formed so that a long cutout part 2e is formed at the front end part and rear end part of a conveyor frame 1 near side plates 2b and 2c, respectively, and a cutout piece 2f provided by cutout is bent in the direction generally at right angles to the side plates 2b and 2c. Then, both end parts of a roller shaft 31 of a head pulley 3 are inserted into the cutout part 2e, and fixedly tightened with a screw 23. In addition, a screw member is threaded into a screw hole, and the tip part of the screw member is allowed to abut on the cutout piece 2f so as to fine-adjust the parallel balance of a head pulley 2. Thus, the meandering can be prevented from occurring when an endless belt is driven.
