SCREEN DEVICE HAVING PNEUMATIC CLASSIFICATION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen device for classifying particles simultaneously and efficiently into a coarse particle group containing particles having approximately 40μm particle size and a fine particle group containing particles having approximately 20μm or below particle size. SOLUTION: A screen device having a pneumatic classification function is provided with a fine powder sucking system provided with a shield plate having a function to disperse particles widely paced below a screen and a suction port for sucking gas formed below the shield plate. A straightening vane is installed below the suction port as required. The shield plate is conical in shape, and in the shield plate, the suction port is formed in the neighborhood of the center part below the shield plate.
