摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a robot hand, to provide high rigidity and to maintain favourable maintainability. SOLUTION: Lightening and high rigidity of a robot hand 1 are realized by constituting the robot hand 1 by forming a structural member of hollow pipes 12, 13, connecting an end part of one of the hollow pipes 12, 13 to the side of a robot and providing a gripping mechanism on the other of the hollow pipes 12, 13. It has a base 11 installed on the arm head end of the robot direct or through an installing member 9, the hollow pipes 12, 13 an end part of one of which is connected to the base 11 are furnished, and at least more than one gripping mechanisms (adsorption pad 14) are furnished on a pipe side surface toward the other end part of the hollow pipes 12, 13. Accoditionally, favourable maintainability of the gripping mechanisms is maintained by constituting the piping to the gripping mechanism by using an inner space of the hollow pipe or constituting it by arranging it on the side surface of the hollow pipe.
