mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular hollow body with guide fixture, device for coupling of body to floating facility and device for changing of body slope angle. Device for changing of slope angle of body is made in the form of partitions which divide space of body into compartments along its length. Spaces of adjacent compartments communicate with one another through by-pass channel made in lower part of corresponding partition. Compartment located in head part of body is provided with facility for venting of its space to atmospheric and or for coupling of it to source of working agent delivery under pressure. Compartment positioned in tail part of body is provided with device for coupling of its space to reservoir. Device is changed over to operating position, tail compartment is filled with water, and head compartment is vented to atmosphere. Device is submerged as its compartments are filled. Slope angle of device is set, and communication is laid in process of its addition and displacement of device. EFFECT: extended store of equipment. 10 cl, 7 dwg
