In process of exploitation of drawn oil field working agent is pumped through injection wells and product is extracted through production wells. Systems to control and adjust pressure between oil- and water-bearing parts of pool are created. Pressure in pool is maintained at level of values providing establishment of static level in well-head zones of production wells and periodic extraction of oil. Selective insulating material is pumped through production wells into pool and technological allowance is conducted. Stratum pressure is zone of production wells is raised by injection of working agent into oil-saturated pools. Production wells are flushed through and filled with oil. Swabbing in production wells is carried out with reduction of level of fluid not below 500 m from well-head. After this pressure in pool is formed again at level providing establishment of static level in well- head zones of production wells. EFFECT: raised rates of extraction of oil thanks to increase of working oil-saturated thickness releasing oil. 1 cl
