摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily keep tack of a light irradiation position, a light convergence position and a physical relationship of a topographic image by measuring the irradiation position and the light convergence position in a three-dimensional coordinate system, correcting an organism penetration light intensity image on the basis of the result of measurement and displaying the light irradiation position and the light convergence position on an image after correction. SOLUTION: Light mixed with two-wavelength light emitted from a light source section 1 equipped with four light modules 2 consisting of semiconductor lasers is guided by an irradiating optical fiber 8 and irradiated to an object to be measured 9 such as the head or the like. The light penetrating an organism is converged by an optical fiber 10 and guided to a photodiode 11, and the organism penetrating light is converted to an electrical signal and sent to a lockin amplifier module 12. Here, a modulation signal corresponding to the irradiation position and the wavelength is detected selectively and organism penetrating light intensity signal is output. After that, an organism penetrating light intensity image corrected in accordance with the irradiation position and the light convergence position in a three-dimensional coordinate system and the irradiation position and the light convergence position are displayed simultaneously on a display means 20.
