PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a carrying route including a curve mobilly and reduce the maintenance by the launching of a rocket. SOLUTION: This device is provided with plural carrying vehicles for supporting and lifting a rocket mobile launcher 3 when a car body is risen at the lower part of the rocket mobile launcher 3 and having a clearance in a space toward the lower part of the rocket mobile launcher 3 at the lowering time of the car body and separating from the rocket mobile launcher 3. Respective carrying vehicles have a suspension mechanism with a variable height by a running drive motor and suspension cylinder individually and enable a self-running on the road surface by providing plural running wheel devices installed under the car body through the turning mechanism for steering and plural carrying vehicles are installed while facing to the front/rear direction in the carrying direction of the rocket mobile launcher 3 and plural carrying vehicles are mutually traveled and controlled as an integral carrying device under such state that the rocket mobile launcher 3 is supported and lifted.
