PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically take a flap down in unmanned manner even after the flap remains raised after going out of a motor vehicle by unfair leaving. SOLUTION: This unmanned parking equipment is installed in each parking lot 10 and has a motor vehicle detector 18 for detecting whether a car is parked inside the parking lot 10, a leaving detector 30 installed at the entry and exit of the lot for detecting the ingress to and leaving from the lot 10 for each vehicle, a flap detector for detecting whether the flap has dropped, and a flap start means for detecting, if the drop of a flap is not detected by the flap detector, non-parking of a vehicle is detected by a vehicle detector in the parking lot 10 where the flap is located, and the relevant flap is lowered in response to the detection of the ingress or leaving of the vehicle by the ingress and leaving detectors.
