PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate rain leak while being inexpensive. SOLUTION: This is composed of a bolt 1 whose head 11 is provided on oneend of a shaft 10 integrally, a second head 12 mounted on the shaft 10 of this bolt 1 and a nut, screwed with a male screw provided on the bolt 1, for holding the installed part in the space toward the second head 12. In the second head 12 mounted on the shaft 10 at a prescribed intervals against the head 11 engaged with a roof molding, a cylinder part 14 whose tip is contacting to one surface of the head 11 is integrally projected from the opening edge of the head 11 side of a shaft hole inserted by the shaft 10. By forming the second head as the part different from the bolt and also providing the cylinder part whose tip is contacted to the head on the second head, the rain leak from the clearance between the second head and shaft is eliminated.
