PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a gathering figure simply and surely by storing and winding the end of a cuticle material to the backside of a core plate and the end of each gathering into a recessed part. SOLUTION: Plural sets of recessed parts 6 are provided on the upper/lower or right/left end edges of a core plate 4 responding to the gathering figure 3 of a cuticle material 5, namely the upper/lower end edges at the case of the gathering figure 3 of a vertical direction and right/left end edges at the case of the gathering figure 3 of a horizontal direction in response to the number of the gatherings 7 and constituted so as to show the gathering figure 3 surely. In the space between the gatherings 7, 7 of the cuticle 5, namely the general surface not constituted the gathereing figure 3, its end edge is wound and fixed to the backside of the core plate 4 and adhered and fixed to the core plate 4 by a double coated tape and the expansion/contraction of the cuticle material 5 is restrained even at the temperature change time and further the core plate 4 is constituted so that the gathering figure 3 can be expressed surely even in the recessed shape.
