PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control a front seat to move in a back-and forth direction for a passenger. SOLUTION: All electric adjusting machine has a control apparatus 3 set in a getting on/off assist action mode which moves a front seat forward to a getting on/off position when a seat back portion switch 5 is actuated by folding a seat back portion 8 of the front seat forward, and a releasing lever 7 provided on the seat back portion 8 and mechanically releasing the seat back portion 8 at a releasing position to tilt forward. The control apparatus 3 is actuated by a shifting switch 6 having at least a forth moving position V and a neutral position N, and the shifting switch 6 is united with the releasing lever 7 and actuated so as to be positioned in the forth moving position V at the releasing position of the releasing lever 7. In order to move the front seat to the getting on/off position by an electric motor, the electric adjusting machine requires not only actuating the seat back portion switch 5 by folding forward the seat back portion 8, but also setting the shifting switch 6 at the forth moving position V.
